Better Housing Coalition is seeking additional proposals from qualified site contractors to perform site improvements for our Beckstoffer Mill Renovation at 1207 North 28th Street.  Work shall include demolition, underground utilities and streetscape improvements.
Better Housing Coalition is renovating the Mill property to energy efficient affordable housing and apartments.
The request for proposal (RFP) will set forth the terms and conditions of the engagement and submission.  Copies of the RFP are available for pick up on Monday, March 1 after 9:00 am at Better Housing Coalition 23 West Broad Street Richmond, Virginia 23220.
The deadline for submission is 4:00 pm March 31, 2010.  This deadline must be met for consideration.  Any responses received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened.
Better Housing Coalition encourages Minority owned Business Enterprises to respond to the RFP.
This is a HUD funded project; Section 3 businesses and/or businesses that employ Section 3 residents are encouraged to respond to the RFP.
